At Shemeta E-Commerce, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  1. You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  2. The product differs significantly from its description.
  3. Your order is canceled before shipment.
  4. Your paid order is not delivered due to seller or platform issues.

Refund Request Period

  1. Within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Within 24 hours for damaged or incorrect items.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
  2. Customized or personalized products.
  3. Perishable goods.
  4. Digital products already delivered or activated.

Refund Process

  1. Go to My Orders.
  2. Select the order.
  3. Click Request Refund.
  4. Provide the reason and supporting evidence if required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your Shemeta Wallet within 1–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
